to Our Site

Join MG Fencing Club and train with Coach Marc to master the art of fencing. We offer classes for both kids and adults, creating champions while contributing to a great cause.

MG Fencing Club makes monthly donations to American Cancer Society and Autoimmune Association.

Train with purpose, fight for a cure!

We teach Olympic Foil Fencing classes for kids and adults  through Connecticut Recreation Departments in Towns of Farmington, Burlington and the Senior Center of Granby.


Marc Ganych is a Fencing Master of USSR, representing one of the most successful athletic systems in Olympic history. With a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and exercise Science, he blends the rigorous discipline of the Eastern Bloc with modern biomechanics safety, ensuring an experience that is as safe as it is prestigious.
He studied Olympic foil Fencing from 1979 to 1987 in the Fencing School of Olympic reserve "Spartacus"and is an expert in Olympic foil fencing.

In 1985, coach Marc received an award from the referees of the National fencing tournament of USSR for Outstanding Fencing Techniques. Marc Ganych is a Gold Medalist of the First Junior Games in 1984, Bronze Medalist of the National Tournament "Blades of Ala-Tau" in 1985.

Members of our gym get strong, dexterous, flexible, highly coordinated and acquire fencing skills

that will stay with them for the rest of their lives. 

We develop fencing stylists with immaculate foil techniques.
